New Zealand rugby star Sevu Reece’s wife, Kiri, got emotional as she celebrated her husband’s 100th-cap for the Crusaders.
Indeed, it’s been years of sacrifice and hard work for the couple to reach 100 games finally. Even though people only saw Sevu on the pitch, surely there was a woman who played a big part behind the scenes.
As fans congratulated Sevu, his wife, Kiri, also congratulated him and herself for the sacrifices she had made. In the pictures she shared celebrating the milestone, Kiri also showed Sevu Reece’s children, his two daughters.
KIRI REECE CELEBRATES SEVU’S 100-CAP
On Instagram, Kiri revealed the details of what rugby WAGs do. She revealed details that some fans did not know, but that are very important for success on the pitch.
“💯weekend in squares! Special moments @sevu_reece,” she started cherishing the moment she had with Sevu.
“Proud of me for all the sacrifices, solo parenting, travelling, and just generally carrying the whānau so you can go play some footy 😅. And grateful for my rugby whānau who have always been there for us. You know who you are 👀,” she continued, appreciating her sacrifices.
“God is awesome 😎. Philippians 4:13,” she finished thanking God and attaching a verse of gratitude.
