Springboks fans have told Henry Pollock that they have been waiting for him as they gear up for their game on 4 July.
The game between England and South Africa has always been historic. The two giants have grown to be sworn enemies, but the Springboks have been the better of the two.
Their famous and controversial clash in the Rugby World Cup semifinal in France ended with South Africa winning 16-15. The defeat really sank in England as Bongi Mbonambi and Tom Curry made line with racial allegations.
Indeed, the two giants had been growing, forging the current teams, with Henry Pollock now part of the England team. Arguably one of the most talked-about players of his generation.
HENRY POLLOCK AND SPRINGBOKS FANS
Sharing on his Instagram profile, the talented youngster poked the Springboks fans ahead of their game.
“See you soon 🇿🇦🩸,” he said, posting a picture of himself looking confident in his team. Indeed, Henry Pollock believes England will end its 5-year losing streak against the Springboks.
After he shared on Instagram, his teammate, Freddie Steward, joked with him. Steward said England had not yet taken off.
“Mate, we’ve not even taken off yet”, he said, leaving fans laughing about his joke.
