RG Snyman has spoken out after his latest ACL surgery, offering fans hope after another devastating setback. It’s been a tough period for Snyman, seeing his team play while on the sidelines.

It was a heavy collision with Alex Samuel during the second half of their defeat away to Glasgow Warriors. The news came out that RG Snyman would miss the whole season, but Snyman now brings the good news.

RG SNYMAN SPEAKS AFTER SUCCESSFUL ACL RUPTURE SURGERY

Sharing the good news on Instagram, RG Snyman expressed his pain in missing out with the team. However, he shared the joy he feels knowing that the good steps toward full recovery have started and are going well.

“Ah shit, here we go again. I can’t even begin to describe the disappointment of having to end the season after hearing “ACL Rupture” again. These words are tough to take. My first thoughts at the frustratingly familiar road ahead were difficult to get my head around, but the realisation of knowing the way to get through it put me back on track.” Snyman said.

“Sport can be cruel and tough and unrewarding, but it’s in moments like these where the peaks of the games grow higher and memories more cherished, you are reminded that this is what we chase. So, I will endure this challenge and get back to my best so that I can run out with my team and chase the peaks once again,” he continued.

“First step on the road to recovery is done, and surgery went well 💪🏼 thank you to everyone who has reached out, I am very thankful for all the support around me. Can’t wait to be back!” he finished, looking ahead.
