HENRY POLLOCK SHARES AN EMOTIONAL MOMENT WITH HIS MOTHER
Running to his mother, Hester Dorothy Edlmann, the two hugged emotionally and stood there for a few seconds. Hester held her son’s head, looking at him so deeply, showing how proud she was as a mother. She later told him a few words before the two separated, with Henry Pollock going back into the field to join other players.
The people around them looked to be cherishing the moment; some clapped their hands while others smiled. Surely watching he son being an English Champion meant a lot to Hester. Over the course of the season, she travelled long distances to away matches to support Henry.
