All Blacks fullback Damian McKenzie is a man in love with his longtime girlfriend, Georgia O’Sullivan.
After many years, with fans wondering who the woman behind Damian’s heart was, rumours surfaced in 2024. The couple confirmed their relationship through social media posts, and fans loved them.

WHO IS DAMIAN MCKENZIE’S GIRLFRIEND GEORGIA O’SULLIVAN?
The bubbly lady was born in April 1998 and will turn 28 in April 2026. Georgia is the daughter of famous Kiwi jockey Lance O’Sullivan. Her mother, Bridgette O’Sullivan, is also in racing and supports Lance.
The O’Sullivan family is well-rooted in horses, and she grew up on her parents’ farm in Waikato.
Damian’s girlfriend studied at Victoria University of Wellington, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce. She worked in Marketing after school before she ventured into the family business full-time.
She became a Marketing Manager for her mother’s Red Bum wedding/events venue.
Georgia has a sister, Caitlin, whom she is very close to, and they did a lot of work together. Together with Caitlin, Georgia started a marketing company called O’Sullivan Marketing, specialising in social media strategy and Meta advertising.

Even though they recently went public with their relationship, Georgia and Damian had been in love for many years. In September 2024, they celebrated their 10th anniversary, showing how long they have been together.

On 22 October 2025, Georgia and Damian announced that they were expecting a baby. “Six months growing our biggest blessing 💛 Mum & Dad incoming February, 2026 ✨” they said in a joint Instagram post.
