England and Bath star flanker Guy Pepper celebrated his birthday, and here is his actual age. Breaking out as one of the finest of his generation, Guy found a breakthrough at a younger age than most rugby players. This rapid rise and consistent performance ended up confusing some fans about whether he was a young or older player.
Indeed, time has lapsed, and Guy Pepper is now a mainstay in both the England and Bath squads. Celebrating his birthday, England rugby showed him love and wished him a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday, @guy_pepper 🥳”
HOW OLD IS ENGLAND AND BATH STAR GUY PEPPER?
The talented English flanker was born on 15 April 2003 and turned 23 today. Guy Pepper was born in Harrogate, England, where he grew up. When he was a young boy, Guy once gave up rugby after suffering from arthritis. However, his love and passion for the game were strong enough to overcome the illness and return with more passion and commitment than ever before.
He is the son of former rugby player Martin Pepper, who helped him and coached him as he grew up. Martin later worked as a Second Master at Barnard Castle School, where Guy studied. In his last years at Barnard Castle, Martin coached his son, Guy, preparing him for a professional rugby career.
ONE OF ENGLAND’S BEST
Comin through, Guy Pepper has proved to be among England’s best talents of his generation. His breakthrough, alongside other stars such as Fin Smith and Henry Pollock, gave England fans hope.
Guy was part of the England Under 18s back in 2023, then joined the Under 20s and even England A. Today, at only 23 years old, he is part of the current England national team and has plans for the future.
With his fine performances, he impressed at Newcastle Falcons in only 26 games before his superpowers emerged. He joined Bath in 2024, struggled a bit, but is now one of their best players.
Indeed, with the level of commitment, talent, and hard work Guy Pepper has shown so far, the sky is the limit for what he can achieve. Maybe one day, he would be part of the group that will bring the Rugby World Cup back to England.
