Bryan Habana paid tribute to Wales star George North after he announced his retirement from rugby. North will hang his rugby boots at the end of the season.
After North announced the news, the Springboks legend penned an emotional farewell. He showed a lot of respect and admiration, applauding George North for his career. Undoubtedly, one of the greatest players to ever play for the Wales rugby team.

Besides Bryan Habana, other rugby legends and even Prince William paid tribute to George North.

GEORGE NORTH’S RETIREMENT SPEECH
Announcing his retirement, George North poured out his heart, thanked fans and his family for the journey.
“Hi guys, I just want to come on here and let you know that at the end of the season, I’ll be retiring. For me, it’s the right time. I’ve been able to live out my childhood dream for many seasons playing with some of the best players, coaches and the staff behind,” he started.
“I can’t thank my family, my friends and you guys enough for the support you’ve shown me over the years. Honestly, it’s meant the world to me. The next chapter? Still working on that one, but I’m excited to see where that journey takes me. So again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Diolch,” he finished, leaving fans wishing him well.
