ANGUS BELL’S AGE – EARLY RISE

The talented Australian Angus Bell was born on 4 October 2000 and will celebrate his 26th birthday in 2026. Angus was born in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, where he started playing rugby as a boy.

Growing up as a young player, Angus enrolled at Newington College, where he grew in the rugby ranks. He became one of the finest players at Newington College, following in the footsteps of fellow big names like Dave Cowper, Alan Cameron, Nick Farr-Jones, and Phil Kearns.

In 2017 and 2018, Angus made it into the Australian Schools & U18S sides and later became the vice-captain. Since then, his name has grown to be one of the most talked about junior Wallabies of his generation.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER

After shining in junior rugby, Angus Bell made his professional debut for the Waratahs in 2019. The same year, he also represented the NSW Country Eagles. Angus continued his development, becoming one of the Waratahs best players. Unfortunately, he suffered a toe injury that kept him on the sidelines, hindering his development.

Despite such setbacks, he went on to have more than 50 appearances for the Waratahs before turning 25 years old. He later joined Ulster in 2025 on a six-month sabbatical, and he impressed. In 2026, Angus revealed his willingness to return to the Waratahs, rather than extend his stay with Ulster.

Unfortunately, Angus suffered an ankle injury during Ulster’s clash with Leinster.
