All Blacks and Crusaders star wing, Leicester Faingaʻanuku, is a man in love with his partner, Terena Te Whaiti.
On the rugby pitch, Leicester is one of the most exciting wingers in the country and sometimes plays as a centre.
His speed and agility on the pitch have made him an exciting star, racking up many appearances for the All Blacks and Crusaders.
With his rugby rising by each game, Leicester is also making strides off the pitch alongside his partner Terena.

Terena and Leicester had been in love for a long time, since their youth. The two lovebirds have a baby, Zaya, who was born in December 2024. Leicester and Terena began dating in June 2025, taking their relationship to the next level.
“Forever in love with you 💍🤍. You deserve every beat of my heart, every piece of my soul in this life and the next,” Leicester said, celebrating his engagement.
Since then, the two lovebirds have been together, sharing special holidays and family moments. Despite her busy schedule, Terena has shown her support for Leicester, attending some matches and cheering her on when she gets time.

WHAT DOES TERENA TE WHAITI DO?
Leicester Fainga’anuku’s wife, Terena te Whaiti, worked as a senior solicitor at Canterbury Legal. Currently, Terena has been focusing on debt recovery, contractual disputes, and estate and trust matters.
Terena advises individuals, trustees, executors, and businesses in Debt recovery and credit enforcement, Breach of contract and commercial disputes. She also advises on estate and trust disputes.
“Having worked in both New Zealand and Australia, I bring a practical, risk-aware approach to dispute strategy and resolution. My background spans plaintiff personal injury litigation, criminal law, and commercial and residential property — experience that gives me a broad base from which to assess risk and advise clients at every stage of a matter,” she said, speaking of her background.
“I understand that litigation can feel personal and stressful, therefore I prioritise clear communication and easy-to-understand guidance so that you feel informed at every stage,” she continued.
“Recently returning to New Zealand from France with my fiancé and young son – it has reinforced the importance of balance, perspective and strict time management, qualities I bring into my professional work as well,” she finished speaking about her return to New Zealand after Leicester left Toulon.
