EARLY LIFE AND AGE

Théo Attissogbe was born on 19 November 2004 and turned 22 years in November 2026. The talented winner was born in Périgueux, France, where he grew up. He started playing rugby as a young boy and became one of the top young players in his neighbourhood.

He later joined Peyrehorade SR in 2011, where he started his professional development. He developed fast until 2019, when he sought further development and joined Mont-de-Marsan. Théo stayed at Mont-de-Marsan and immediately impressed, becoming one of the hottest properties.

He rose through the ranks at Pau academy and made it into the Under-20 France national team. He went on to play a key role in the World Rugby U20 Championship win.

Attissogbe made his Pau professional debut in January 2023 during the third round of the EPCR Challenge Cup against Dragons RFC, starting at fullback and scoring the winning try. He went on to make his Top 14 debut at Stade du Hameau against Racing 92.

In his following full season, Attissogbe became a key player in the team, being one of the best at breaking tackles. Since then, Théo has become an international figure that the French national team cannot avoid.

After impressing across all age groups and the Pau senior team, France could no longer ignore Théo. He received his first national team call-up in 2024, making his debut against Argentina.

Rising within the ranks, he won the Révélation award for Breakthrough Player of the Year at the prestigious 2024 Nuit du Rugby ceremony 2024.

He continued with his top performances and made it into the 2025 Six Nations Championship squad. Théo went on to have a wonderful tournament, helping France to win the prestigious tournament.
